Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised Innova personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and deliver the requested service. Information may also be disclosed where required by Namibian law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, booking, project, legal or accounting purpose for which it was collected. We apply practical administrative and technical safeguards, while recognising that no online system is entirely risk-free.
